Delicious on their own, served with eggs and small potatoes, or dipped in syrup to satisfy sweet cravings, our method guarantees sausages that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Equipment: Non-stick skillet, lid, and tongs

Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add the Lafleur pork and beef sausages. Add 1 cm of water to the pan, or enough to reach halfway up the sausages, and partially cover. Let the water evaporate completely, turning the sausages frequently. Brown the outside until the desired doneness is reached. Serve immediately or keep warm in the oven.
