The “Win your Lafleur Steamé Party” contest (hereinafter the ‘'Contest'’) is organized by Olymel S.E.C., owner of the Lafleur brand (hereinafter the “Organizer”), in collaboration with Mathieu Dufour (hereinafter the “Artist”) and Agence Franchir (hereinafter the '‘Collaborator’)'. The Contest will take place in Quebec from April 2, 2026, to April 26, 2026 (hereinafter the “Contest Period”).

ADMISSIBILITY

1. The contest is open to anyone residing in Quebec who has reached the age of majority in the province on the date of their entry into the Contest. Employees, agents, and representatives of the Contest Organizers, their affiliated companies and agencies, their advertising and promotional agencies, equipment and services related to this Contest, or any other party directly involved in the conduct of this Contest, as well as members of their immediate families, are excluded. For the purposes of this agreement, “immediate family” means father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, legal or common-law spouse, and all persons with whom such employees, agents, and representatives reside.

DURATION OF THE CONTEST

2. The contest begins online on April 2, 2026, and ends on April 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET). Contest winners will be contacted on April 30 and May 1, 2026.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Online participation

No purchase necessary. To enter, you must meet the eligibility requirements set out herein, be available all day on May 6, 2026, to host a Steamé Party, and, during the Contest Period, locate and scan the QR code on Lafleur's social media accounts to access the online form. Complete the electronic entry form (hereinafter referred to as the “Entry Form”) by correctly filling in all required fields one by one. You can enhance your entry by adding a photo of the participant holding a package of Lafleur sausages in their hands. Follow the instructions to confirm that you are eligible and that you have read and agree to comply with the rules of participation. Then click on the icon to submit your Entry Form no later than April 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET). Upon receipt of your registration confirmation message, you will be entered into the Contest and will be contacted directly if you are one of the winners.

1. Participants must comply with the following restrictions, failing which the Contest Organizers reserve the right to cancel one or more of their entries.

There is a limit of one entry per email address for the entire duration of the Contest. Only one email address OR phone number per person is permitted, in the event that a person has more than one. Falsification of documents will automatically result in the disqualification of the participant concerned.

2. Participants who meet the eligibility criteria and have correctly completed the entry form via the QR code will be eligible for the contest. The Collaborator will communicate with the winners, send the kits by mail, and coordinate the Artist's visit to their party, if applicable.

PRICE DESCRIPTION

“Lafleur Steamé Party” prize

1. The following prizes are offered: 30 exclusive Lafleur kits for a legendary Steamé party, each consisting of one (1) cooler bag, one (1) Starfrit steamé cooker, three (3) hats, three (3) socks, two (2) temporary tattoos, three (3) phone loops, one (1) table cloth, one (1) banner, three (3) cups, ten (10) balloons, forty (40) hot dog papers, three (3) Lafleur free coupons (3 X 12 sausages), two (2) POM free coupons (2 X 6 buns) and three (3) jars of Heinz mayonnaise, all in the colors of Journée québécoise du steamé, with an approximate value of $750 (CAD) each.

“Mathieu Dufour's visit to your Steamé Party” prize

1. The following prize is offered: Three Steamé party will receive a surprise visit from the Artist on May 6, 2026. For approximately 30 to 40 minutes, the Artist will chat with guests, take photos, and sign autographs. He will also hand out Lafleur surprises to make the evening even more enjoyable.

2. Anything not expressly mentioned as being included in the prize is excluded and will be at the expense of the winners.

DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

“Lafleur’s Perfect Steamé Party Kit“ prize

1. Between April 27 and 30, all applications will be reviewed by Olymel, the Artist, and the Collaborator to determine which ones best meet the eligibility criteria and stand out from the others. The Collaborator will validate eligible entries and contact the winners directly to coordinate the mailing of the Lafleur Perfect Party Kit.

Visit from the Artist at your Steamé Party

1. May 1, 2026, the entries that have most impressed the Contest Organizers and collaborators will be contacted by The Collaborator to inform them of the Artist's visit.

2. The chances of a participant's entry being selected depend on the number of entries registered in accordance with the valid registration methods and eligibility criteria mentioned above, as well as the strength and relevance of their application.

CLAMING PRIZES “Lafleur’s Perfect Steamé Party Kit”

In order to be declared the winner of a “Lafleur’s Perfect Steamé Party Kit” kit prize, all selected individuals must:

a) be contacted by the Collaborator within 7 days of the end of the contest (April 26, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET), noting that the Contest Organizers may change this deadline at their discretion;

b) have correctly provided all the information requested in one of the entry forms.

c) have confirmed that they are available all day on May 6, 2026, and have planned a Steamé Party for that day.

PRIZE CLAIM “Artist visit”

1. In order to be declared the winner of a visit from the Artist to their Steamé Party, all selected individuals must:

a) be contacted by the Collaborator before May 3, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (ET), noting that the Contest Organizers may change this deadline at their discretion; and

b) Sign the Image Rights Release and Declaration Form that will be sent to them by email and return it by email to the Contest Collaborator no later than 48 hours after receipt, noting that the Contest Organizers may modify this deadline at their discretion.

2. By participating in this Contest, all participants agree to be bound by these rules. Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned in the above paragraph or any other condition set forth in these rules will result in the selected person's entry will be canceled and, if time permits, a new selection for the prizes will be made in accordance with these rules or, at the discretion of the Contest Organizers, by selecting from among all participants until a participant is selected and declared the winner, without affecting the order of awarding the other prizes. Within 24 hours of receiving the duly signed Image Rights Declaration and Release Form, the Contest Organizers will inform any winner of the logistics and coordination surrounding the claiming of their prize.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Verification. Entry Forms, where applicable, are subject to verification by the Contest Organizers. Any Entry Form that is incomplete, illegible, inaudible, illegible, fraudulent, mutilated, submitted late, and, if applicable, does not include the correct answer to the mathematical question AND/OR does not include the description of what must be identified, or is otherwise non-compliant, will be automatically rejected and will not be eligible for registration or a prize. Entries, if applicable, are subject to verification by the Contest Organizers. Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, inaudible, illegible, fraudulent, late, or otherwise non-compliant will be automatically rejected and will not be eligible for registration or a Grand Prize.

Disqualification. The Contest Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any person or cancel one or more entries of any person participating in this Contest or attempting to participate in a manner contrary to these rules or in a manner that is unfair to other participants (e.g., entries exceeding the permitted limit, computer hacking, etc.). Any attempt to deliberately damage the Website or interfere with the legitimate conduct of this Contest constitutes a violation of criminal and civil laws. If such an attempt is made, the Contest Organizers reserve the right to claim damages from that person, without prejudice to the Contest Organizers' rights to seek any other remedy to the fullest extent of the law. That person may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities.

Non-compliance/eligibility. Any participant who is designated as a winner in this Contest and who does not comply with these eligibility requirements will be automatically disqualified, and another selection will be made to select a winner. Any designated winner who does not comply with these eligibility requirements must inform the Contest Organizers as soon as they are contacted.

Acceptance of prizes. The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and may not be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for cash, subject to the provisions of the paragraph below.

Prize substitution. In the event that it is impossible, difficult, and/or more costly for the Contest Organizers to award one of the prizes (or a portion of a prize) as described in these rules, they reserve the right to award a prize (or a portion of a prize) of the same nature and equivalent value.

Refusal to accept a prize. The refusal of a person selected in accordance with these rules to accept a prize in accordance with these rules releases the Contest Organizers from any obligation related to that prize toward that person.

Limitation of liability/use of prizes. Any person selected releases the Contest Organizers, the Prize Supplier, their respective affiliates and divisions, and any other legal entity within their respective corporate group, their advertising and promotional agencies, their shareholders, directors, officers, employees, collaborators, agents, and representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Beneficiaries”) from any liability for any damage they may suffer as a result of accepting or using the Grand Prize, including any liability of any kind arising from illness or infection contracted while using the Grand Prize. In order to be declared a winner and prior to receiving the Grand Prize, any selected person agrees to sign a Declaration Form to that effect, if required.

Responsibility/operation of the Contest. The Beneficiaries disclaim all liability with respect to: the malfunction of any computer component, software, or communication line; any transmission that is faulty, incomplete, unintelligible, or deleted by any computer or network, which may limit or prevent any person from participating in the Contest; any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of a Contest entry; problems with the functions of the Website and forms or the characteristics of the Website and forms, regardless of the cause; malfunction or damage to the network or telephone lines, computer equipment, voicemail system or device, data or software, online systems, servers or access providers; any loss of function because cookies are not enabled; congestion on the Internet; the security or confidentiality of information transmitted through computer or telephone networks; or any breach of privacy due to interference by hackers.

Access to the Website, if applicable. The Beneficiaries do not guarantee in any way that the Website will be accessible or functional without interruption during the Contest Period or that it will be free of errors.

Modification. The Contest Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest in whole or in part in the event of an occurrence, error, or human intervention that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or conduct of the Contest as provided for in these rules.

Premature end of the Contest. In the event that the computer system is unable to record all Contest entries during the Contest Period for any reason whatsoever, or if participation in the Contest is terminated in whole or in part before the end date specified in these rules, the Contest Organizers will randomly select winners from among the entries duly registered during the Contest Period or, if applicable, up to the date of the event that terminated participation in the Contest.

Price limit. In no event will the Beneficiaries, suppliers of products or services related to this Contest be required to award more prizes than those specified in these rules or to award prizes other than in accordance with these rules.

Inability to act/labor dispute. The Beneficiaries will not be liable in any way whatsoever in any case where their inability to act results from an event or situation beyond their control (earthquake, war, act of terrorism, fire, flood, storm, riot, insurrection, popular movement, fire, or any other case of force majeure) or a strike, lockout, or any other labor dispute in their establishments or in the establishments of the organizations or companies whose services are used to hold this Contest.

Limitation of liability/participation. By participating or attempting to participate in this Contest, all persons release the Beneficiaries from any liability for any damages they may incur as a result of their participation or attempted participation in the Contest.

Authorization. By participating in this Contest, all winners authorize the Organizers of the “Win your Lafleur Steamé party” Contest and their representatives to use, if required, their name, photograph, image, prize-related statement, place of residence, and/or voice without any form of compensation, at their discretion and without limitation as to the period of use, in any media and worldwide, for advertising or any other purpose deemed relevant. A statement to this effect will be included in the Declaration Form.

List of winners. From April 30, 2026, to May 7, 2026, the names of the Contest winners will be available at the Collaborator's offices, located at 212-305 Bellechasse Street, Montreal, H2S1W9, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Communication with participants. No communication or correspondence will be entered into with participants in connection with this Contest except with those selected for a prize or for the purpose of validating the personal information of certain participants (e.g., email address, phone number).

Personal information. Personal information collected from participants in connection with this Contest will be used only by the Organizers of the “Win your Lafleur Steamé party” Contest and their representatives for the administration of this Contest. No commercial or other communications unrelated to this Contest will be sent to participants unless they expressly authorize it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, by participating in the Contest, participants selected as prize winners are deemed to have expressly consented to the disclosure of their personal information to the Collaborator and partners for the limited purpose of administering and coordinating the distribution of prizes.

Decisions of the Contest Organizers. Any decision made by the Contest Organizers or their representatives regarding this Contest is final and cannot be appealed.

Identification of the entrant. For the purposes of these rules, the entrant is the person whose name appears on the Entry Form. This person will be asked the mathematical skill-testing question and will be awarded the Grand Prize if selected and declared the winner.

Unenforceable provision. If any provision of these regulations is declared or found to be illegal, unenforceable, or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision will be deemed void, but all other provisions not affected will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction. This Contest is subject to all applicable municipal, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.
