Foods Preservation
- Keep perishable foods in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4°C or less.
- Keep hot foods at a temperature of 60°C or more.
- Do not leave perishable foods lying on the counter for more
than two hours.
- Thaw frozen foods in the refrigerator and not on the counter.
- Put leftovers in the refrigerator immediately after a meal.
