Foods Preservation
  • Keep perishable foods in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4°C or less.

  • Keep hot foods at a temperature of 60°C or more.

  • Do not leave perishable foods lying on the counter for more
    than two hours.

  • Thaw frozen foods in the refrigerator and not on the counter.

  • Put leftovers in the refrigerator immediately after a meal.
