Ingredients
- 1 container (235 g) Lafleur Turkey Creton
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) 35% cream
- 22 mL (1 1/2 tbsp.) your choice of fresh herbs (basil, chives, parsley, etc.)
- Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1/2 thin English cucumber, cut into slices 1.25 cm (1/2 in.) thick
- 12 cherry tomatoes, seeded
Preparation
- Place creton in food processor and chop just until smooth to avoid warming creton.
- Add cream and whip until mixture becomes firm.
- Add herbs and season to taste.
- Use spoon or pastry bag to fill sliced vegetables with mousse. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Garnish with herbs.
