Vegetables Stuffed With Ham Mousse

Ingredients Preparation Products
  • 1 container (235 g) Lafleur Turkey Creton
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) 35% cream
  • 22 mL (1 1/2 tbsp.) your choice of fresh herbs (basil, chives, parsley, etc.)
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 thin English cucumber, cut into slices 1.25 cm (1/2 in.) thick
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, seeded
  1. Place creton in food processor and chop just until smooth to avoid warming creton.
  2. Add cream and whip until mixture becomes firm.
  3. Add herbs and season to taste.
  4. Use spoon or pastry bag to fill sliced vegetables with mousse. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Garnish with herbs.
