  • 8 slices of crusty bread
  • 235 g container of Lafleur Veal Creton
  • 40 mL (8 tsp.) fruit jelly (apple, currant, apricot or other)
  1. Toast slices of bread.
  2. Spread an equal amount of creton on each piece of toast.
  3. Top with 5 mL (1 tsp.) of fruit jelly.
Serve immediately.
