Ingredients
Sour Cream Dip :

Preparation
  1. Mix lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, pepper and half of cayenne pepper. Marinate sausage pieces in this mixture for 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, mix flour, baking powder, other half of cayenne pepper and a few dashes of salt and pepper. Set aside. Beat egg with milk and set aside.
  3. Drain sausage pieces.
  4. Coat sausage pieces with the flour mixture, dip in beaten egg mixture and coat with flour mixture again.
  5. Fry sausage pieces in hot oil until golden brown. Serve immediately with sour cream dip (below) or your choice of mustard.
Sour Cream Dip :
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
