Preparation
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and sauté sliced sausages.
  2. Add vegetables and cook for 2 to 3 minutes (vegetables must remain crunchy). Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Deglaze pan with apple juice. Add soya sauce, lemon juice and spices. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Thicken sauce with corn starch dissolved in water.
  4. Return sausage pieces and vegetables to the pan and heat through. Adjust seasoning.
Serve with rice.
