Preparation
  1. In a non stick skillet, melt 45mL (3 tbsp) of butter until foamy. Mix in 45mL (3 tbsp) of honey.
  2. Add apples and caramelize gently until barely crunchy; set aside to cool.
  3. Reheat Lafleur Precooked Bacon in microwave until crisp; set aside.
  4. Spread ricotta over 4 slices of bread. Garnish with apples, bacon and Lafleur Authentic Ham; top with bread to make sandwiches.
  5. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and remaining honey. Dip each sandwich in mixture and dredge in coconut.
  6. In a skillet, warm remaining butter and cook French toast sandwiches on both sides.

Vary flavours by replacing Lafleur Authentic Cooked Ham with Lafleur Black Forest Smoked Ham.
