Ingredients
- 12 slices Lafleur Original Fresh Bacon
- 500mL (2 cups) store-bought baked beans
- 4 Lafleur Original Wieners
- 750mL (3 cups) precooked diced potatoes
- 200g (1/2 lb) Lafleur Old-fashioned Smoked Ham
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 375mL (1 1/2 cups) grated Cheddar cheese
- To taste, salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200˚C (400˚F).
- Cut Lafleur Original Fresh Bacon in 6 and Lafleur Wieners in 4.
- Dice Lafleur Old-fashioned Smoked Ham.
- In a warm skillet, cook bacon until crisp and remove excess cooking fat. Add ham and wieners, then cook 2 minutes.
- Incorporate baked beans, simmer 2 minutes and transfer to an oven-safe dish.
- In a bowl, mix potatoes, eggs and cheese; season and pour over beans mixture.
- Bake in oven 30 minutes.
For a lighter taste, use Lafleur Less Salt Fresh Bacon and Lafleur Light Wieners. Simply sublime!
