Pears Stuffed with Smoked Ham

Ingredients
80 mL (1/3 cup) plain yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lime
10 mL (2 tsp.) curry paste or powder
375 mL (1 1/2 cups) Feuillantines Lafleur Smoked Black Forest Ham, finely chopped
60 mL (1/4 cup) red pepper, finely diced
2 green onions, chopped
60 mL (1/4 cup) cucumber, finely diced
Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
2 ripe pears, cut in half and seeded or 4 canned pear halves
Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lime juice and curry paste or powder.
Add ham and vegetables. Season to taste.
Gently hollow out the pear halves and trim the underside to preven them from wobbling. Place ham mixture in the hollowed-out pear halves.
Serve as an entrée.
