- 80 mL (1/3 cup) plain yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 10 mL (2 tsp.) curry paste or powder
- 375 mL (1 1/2 cups) Feuillantines Lafleur Smoked Black Forest Ham, finely chopped
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) red pepper, finely diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) cucumber, finely diced
- Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 2 ripe pears, cut in half and seeded or 4 canned pear halves
- 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lime juice and curry paste or powder.
- Add ham and vegetables. Season to taste.
- Gently hollow out the pear halves and trim the underside to preven them from wobbling. Place ham mixture in the hollowed-out pear halves.
