Ingredients


Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
  2. Alternate layers of ham and orange slices in a baking dish.
  3. Mix ginger, mustard, honey and orange juice. Season to taste.
  4. Pour mustard mixture on ham and bake in middle of oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve with barley and vegetables.

Suggestion :

You can prepare this dish the night before and bake when ready to serve.
