Ingredients
- 600 g (1 1/3 lbs) Festin Lafleur Ham, sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) fresh ginger, chopped
- 80 mL (1/3 cup) Dijon mustard
- 80 mL (1/3 cup) honey
- Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 160 mL (2/3 cup) orange juice
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
- Alternate layers of ham and orange slices in a baking dish.
- Mix ginger, mustard, honey and orange juice. Season to taste.
- Pour mustard mixture on ham and bake in middle of oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve with barley and vegetables.
Suggestion :
You can prepare this dish the night before and bake when ready to serve.
