Ingredients
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) maple butter or syrup
- 80 mL (1/3 cup) Dijon mustard
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) bread crumbs
- Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 600 g (1 1/3 lbs) Lafleur Old-fashioned Smoked Ham
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375oF (190oC).
- Mix maple butter or syrup, Dijon mustard, rosemary, garlic and bread crumbs. Season to taste.
- Brush ham with maple mixture.
- Bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes.
Slice ham and serve with mashed potatoes and yellow or green beans.
