Ingredients
- 15mL (1 tbsp) butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 plain waffles
- 17g (2 tbsp) Lafleur Pork Cretons
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
- 3 slices Lafleur Authentic Sliced Cooked Ham
- 4 slices Lafleur Original Precooked Bacon
- To taste, salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a skillet, pour eggs into hot butter and rotate to cover bottom; season and cook over low heat until mixture has set.
- Place cheese in the middle of omelet and fold the sides.
- Reheat slices of Lafleur Precooked Bacon in microwave until crisp.
- Spread Lafleur Pork Cretons over waffles.
- Top waffle with omelet, Lafleur Authentic Ham and bacon.
