- 12 slices Feuillantines Lafleur Maple Smoked Ham
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) dried apricots, diced
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) red peppers, diced
- 80 mL (1/3 cup) crushed almonds, grilled
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) Havarti cheese, diced
- 1 French shallot, chopped
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) spinach, chopped
- Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 400oF (200oC).
- Mix all stuffing ingredients. Season to taste.
- Lay a slice of ham on your workspace. Place a twelfth of the stuffing at one end of the slice of ham.
- Roll up the slice of ham, starting with the end with the stuffing.
- Place the ham roll-up in a greased baking dish. Repeat with remaining ham. Bake in the middle of the oven for 5 minutes or until heated through.
Note :
Use your imagination to fold the ham in different ways, though you must ensure the stuffing remains inside the slice of ham.
