Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
  2. Melt butter or heat oil in frying pan. Sauté onion and garlic for about 2 minutes or until onion is translucent.
  3. Place pie crust in pie pan.
  4. Spread Dijon mustard over bottom of pie crust.
  5. Place onion and garlic in the pie crust, cover with meat and top with cheese.
  6. Place tomato slices over cheese so the slices overlap. Sprinkle oregano over tomatoes and season to taste.
  7. Bake in middle of oven for approximately 15 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately. May also be served cold.
Great alternative to a sandwich in a packed lunch!
