Preparation
  1. Make 4 kebabs with vegetables and ham.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients to make sauce that may be used to marinate kebabs, brush on kebabs during cooking or drizzle on cooked kebabs prior to serving.
  3. Grill kebabs on a very hot barbecue until lightly browned. Cooking time is short. Take care that kebabs do not burn.
  4. Serve immediately with salad and potatoes or rice.
Note :

It is best to blanch certain vegetables, such as mushrooms and zucchini, before using them to make kebabs.
