Ingredients


Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
  2. Place ham and spinach in pie crust.
  3. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl with a whisk.
  4. Add syrup and spices. Season to taste.
  5. Pour mixture into pie crust and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Place in middle of oven and cook for about 20 minutes.
Serve hot, or cold as a packed lunch. Delicious served with maple syrup.
