Dijon mayonnaise with dill

Note:

You can replace the mayonnaise with plain yogurt.



Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and dill. Season to taste. Set aside.
  3. Lightly toast the slices of nut bread in the oven or toaster.
  4. Let cool. Spread mayonnaise mixture on each slice of bread.
  5. Place 2 slices of ham on each slice of bread.
  6. Add a slice of emmenthal.
  7. Broil the open-faced sandwiches.
  8. Allow to cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
