Peach Salsa

Preparation
  1. Whisk lime juice, oil, garlic, salt, pepper and thyme.
  2. Place sausages in a flat-bottomed dish, pour marinade over sausages, cover tightly and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.
  3. Prepare salsa at least 30 minutes before serving. Make salsa by combining all salsa ingredients in a bowl. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
  4. Remove sausages from marinade and grill at medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve with peach salsa.
