Preparation
  1. Chop ham in food processor. Add cream cheese, cream, onions, celery, herbs and lemon juice.
  2. Mix for a few minutes or until mixture becomes thick and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place mixture into ramekins.

Mixture can be spread on crackers, served on a bed of endive leaves or used to make sandwiches.

Suggestion :

Best when prepared ahead of time and refrigerated for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
