- 300 g (2/3 lb) Express Lafleur Authentic Cooked Ham
- 1 package (125 g / 4.5 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) 35% whipping cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 stick of celery, chopped
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) fresh parsley, chopped
- 15 mL (1 tbsp.) fresh herbs of your choice (basil, oregano, thyme, dill, etc.), chopped
- 1/2 lemon juice
- Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
- Chop ham in food processor. Add cream cheese, cream, onions, celery, herbs and lemon juice.
- Mix for a few minutes or until mixture becomes thick and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place mixture into ramekins.
Mixture can be spread on crackers, served on a bed of endive leaves or used to make sandwiches.
Suggestion :Best when prepared ahead of time and refrigerated for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
