Preparation
  1. Sauté sausages in half the oil at medium-high heat. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  2. Put the rest of the oil in the pan and add the flour. Cook at medium heat until the flour becomes golden brown.
  3. Add garlic, onion, celery, green pepper and tomatoes. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add sausages and hot sauce, season to taste and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.

Serve on pasta or rice.

Suggestion :

Like with many other recipes, you may prepare this dish in advance and reheat it for supper, or enjoy for lunch at work or school !
