Preparation
  1. Cook or fry eggs separately in some butter.
  2. Toast slices of bread. Spread with butter.
  3. Place one cooked egg on a piece of toast, add slice of ham, another piece of toast, a leaf of lettuce, a slice of tomato and a third piece of toast.
  4. Cut sandwich in half or quarters and serve with fruit for breakfast or brunch.
