List of ingredients
225 g Lafleur Smoked Ham, finely sliced
250 g of cream cheese, softened
60 mL (1/4 cup) of red onion, finely chopped
10 mL (2 teaspoons) of fresh herbs, chopped (parsley, chives, basil, tarragon, etc.)
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
4 large tortillas
4 long sticks of cucumber, seeded but not peeled
Preparation
Mix cheese, herbs, onion and lemon juice well in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place tortillas on work surface. Spread with half of cheese mixture.
Top tortillas with ham, then rest of cheese mixture. Place cucumber sticks in the middle and roll up tortillas.
Cut rolls in half diagonally and serve with vegetable sticks.
