Pizza with smoked ham and three cheeses
A great way to use up left-over ham.

List of ingredients
1/2 lb (225 g) Lafleur Express Country Ham
125 mL (½ cup) pizza sauce
1 16-in (40-cm) pizza crust, prebaked or unbaked
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
125 mL (½ cup) mozzarella cheese, grated
100 mL (1/3 cup) Emmental cheese, grated
65 mL (1/4 cup) Parmesan cheese, grated
Fresh basil, chopped
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Spread sauce over pizza crust.
Top with ham and red onion.
Cover with cheeses. Bake pizza in the middle of the oven for 5 to 7 minutes or till cheese is melted and golden.
Garnish with chopped fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
