List of ingredients
4 slices of crusty nut bread
8 slices of Lafleur Authentique Cooked Ham
4 slices of Emmental cheese
Dijon sauce with dill:
65 mL (1/4 cup) of plain yogurt
15 mL (1 tablespoon) of Dijon mustard
15 mL (1 tablespoon) of fresh dill, finely chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Mix yogurt, mustard and dill in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and set aside.
Toast nut-bread slices lightly in the oven or toaster. Let cool, then spread with dill sauce.
Top each slice with 2 slices of ham.
Add a slice of Emmental cheese to each slice.
Cook in the oven until cheese melts.
