List of ingredients
  • 750 mL (3 cups) of fusilli, cooked and chilled
  • 1 or 2 175-g packages of Lafleur Ham, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 English cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) of black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) of feta cheese, diced
  • 80 mL (1/3 cup) of olive oil
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) of dried oregano
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and pepper in a bowl. Add onion, olives and feta. Let mixture stand for at least 30 minutes to give flavours time to blend.
  2. Mix pasta, ham, cucumber, tomatoes and feta mixture thoroughly in a large bowl.

  • Cook pasta “al dente” so it holds its shape and won’t fall apart.
