List of ingredients
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 loaf of French bread, thinly sliced
  • 225 g of Lafleur Feuillantines Smoked Ham of your choice
  • 80 mL (1/3 cup) of sundried tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 45 mL (3 tablespoons) of fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • About 225 g (1/2 lb) of goat cheese, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix olive oil with garlic and brush mixture on bread slices. Place on baking sheet.
  3. Divide sundried tomatoes and basil among bread slices; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover crostini with smoked ham and goat cheese.
  5. Cook crostini in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until bread is toasted and goat cheese has melted.
Tips from the chef
  • If you prefer crunchier crostini, put bread slices in the oven before adding toppings, until lightly toasted.
