  • 12 slices of Lafleur Smoked Black Forest Ham

 

Stuffing:

  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) of dried apricots, diced
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) of red pepper, diced
  • 80 mL (1/3 cup) of toasted crushed almonds
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) of Havarti cheese, diced
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) of spinach, washed, drained, cooked and chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
  2. Mix all stuffing ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread out ham slices on working surface and divide stuffing among slices.
  4. Roll up ham slices around stuffing.
  5. Place roll-ups in a buttered ovenproof dish.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes in the middle of the oven to reheat.
  7. Serve with a dab of Dijon mustard.
