List of ingredients
  • 675 g (1 ½ lb) of Lafleur Cooked Ham*
  • 4 crusty Ciabatta rolls
  • 4 leaves curly lettuce
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) of mayonnaise
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) of sundried tomatoes
  • 15 mL (1 tablespoon) of fresh chives
  • 5 mL (1 teaspoon) of Dijon mustard
  • 5 mL (1 teaspoon) of garlic
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

* Note: At the cold-cuts counter, ask to have 4 slices of Lafleur Cooked Ham cut about 1 cm thick.

Preparation

Mayonnaise:

  1. Chop sundried tomatoes, chives and garlic finely.
  2. Place mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.

 

  1. Wash and spin-dry lettuce and set aside.
  2. Grill ham and rolls on the BBQ.
  3. Spread mayonnaise mixture on each roll.
  4. Place a slice of ham on each roll and top with lettuce, cheese and sliced onions.
