- 675 g (1 ½ lb) of Lafleur Cooked Ham*
- 4 crusty Ciabatta rolls
- 4 leaves curly lettuce
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) of mayonnaise
- 30 mL (2 tablespoons) of sundried tomatoes
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon) of fresh chives
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) of Dijon mustard
- 5 mL (1 teaspoon) of garlic
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
